GoNilai was introduced by Telin to make cross-border mobile reloads from Malaysia to Indonesia simpler and more accessible. The service can be accessed through Facebook Messenger, so customers do not need to install a separate application or pay a subscription fee.
How GoNilai works
Users select an Indonesian mobile operator, enter the recipient’s phone number, and choose the reload amount. The service also supports selected data plans, vouchers, and PLN electricity tokens, helping customers handle several practical needs through one journey.
Each transaction generates a barcode that can be presented for payment at a participating store. The customer can review the amount before paying, while the recipient in Indonesia receives the selected reload or digital product after payment is completed.
Clear and convenient cross-border transactions
GoNilai was designed around clarity and convenience. Transaction details are shown before payment, with no hidden subscription charge. The service has also featured periodic promotions and customer reward programmes.
Through GoNilai, Telin Malaysia continues to connect communities across borders with practical digital services for everyday life.
